Last November 19, UA&P and Dualtech held the awarding ceremony for the completers of the Certification Program on Youth Mentoring and Development. 🎓✨

This two-level program strengthens the shared mentoring culture of both institutions, equipping participants with the skills to guide, coach, and form the young people they serve. Through hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and capstone projects, 18 completers are now better prepared to champion meaningful youth development in their communities.

Last October 15, nearly a hundred participants joined our interactive session on “Giving Support to Others with Active Listening Skills,” facilitated by Ms. Minnie Guizano of UA&P–CORE.

The session focused on actively and attentively listening to others to fully understand their perspectives and needs. Participants explored how to:
1️⃣ Master active listening techniques
2️⃣ Seek to understand through effective questioning
3️⃣ Build trusting relationships

By the end of the learning series, participants are equipped to appreciate others’ emotions, understand their motivations, and provide meaningful support in various contexts.
