Palatiw Elementary School Shows Compassion: Donation Drive Benefits Fire-Affected Students

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, Palatiw Elementary School stakeholders, including learners and teachers, came together to organize a donation drive for student victims of a devastating fire that ravaged Vicper, Malinao, Pasig City on November 27, 2025.

Led by Faculty President Mrs. Marielle U. Bonifacio and DRR Coordinator Alternate Sir Jerand C. Necor and supported by our school principal, Dr. Emma S. Macasiray, the school community rallied to provide support and relief to their affected students. The donation drive is a testament to the school's commitment to fostering a culture of empathy and social responsibility.

Palatiw Elementary School Hosts Barangay Nutrition Advocacy Meeting

Palatiw Elementary School recently conducted a Barangay Nutrition Advocacy Meeting to empower the homeowners association of Barangay Palatiw in implementing nutrition programs. The meeting, organized by Nutrition Officer II Mr. John Hilario L. Villaruel, RND, featured Mr. Jun Kerbell R. Reforma, RND, MMPHA, Acting Focal Nutritionist Dietitian in Pasig City, as the guest speaker.

Attendees included Dr. Emma S. Macasiray, Barangay Captain Eriberto Guevarra, Kagawad Luzette Hufancia-Necio, and members of the Barangay Palatiw Homeowners Association. The gathering aimed to equip the community with knowledge and skills to address malnutrition and promote healthy nutrition practices.
