May 11 - All incoming Grade 10, Trans-in and balik-Aral
May 12- All incoming Grade 9 , Trans-in and Balik-Aral
May 13 - All incoming Grade 8, trans-in and Balik-Aral
May 14 - All incoming Grade 7, Trans-in and balik Aral

Requirements:
Accomplished printed copy of enrollment form.
Report card- Original with photocopy
PSA Birth Certificate- Original and photocpy
Accomplished Group Screening Test

For incoming grade 7 and trans in
Good moral certificate
Long folder with fastener

Steps:
1. Siguraduhing kumpleto ang hinihinging requirements. Kumuha ng checklist mula sa information desk.
2. Mag take ng Group Screening Test para sa Filipino at English. ( hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral na seryosohin ito.)
3. Ipa-validate sa enrolling offer teacher in-charge ang inyong mga documents.
4. Kumuha ng enrollment slip katunayan na kayo ay naka tapos ng proceso at naka enroll na.

Tandaan:

Sundin mabuti ang araw at oras na ilaan para sa inyong Grade level.
Magdala ng sariling ball pen at papel.
