PathWays: Defining the Path Forward

𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙒𝙖𝙮𝙨 would like to extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who helped make this seminar more than just a matter of compliance. It was a true labor of love, dedicated to the growth of our fellow Aviation Tourism students.

As this is our final activity as your seniors, we want to thank our fellow Aviation Tourism students for your trust. You allowed us to help you define your path through this remarkable experience.

Last 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, was more than just a seminar; it was a profound reality check and a masterclass in passion. Diving into the aviation industry isn't just about the 'glamour'—it’s about 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. As our speakers highlighted, the industry can be demanding if you aren't 'whole' when you enter, but the rewards of finding your true path are limitless.

Beyond the wings of the cabin crew, there is a vast world of operations, safety, and security where we move as one. We learned that every role creates a 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁; when we connect, we ensure the safety of every passenger.

This experience reminded us to pursue our passion wholeheartedly. To define your path, you must be brave enough to explore every corner of this industry. Trust your heart, find your footing, and let your passion guide you.

These are some of the words I have shared with the students of NAAP (National Aviation Academy of the Philippines) - formerly known as PHILSCA (Philippine State College of Aeronautics).

This has been, by far, the most number of audience I have attended. Such an amazing and fun experience to be part of. Hope everyone who have attended feels the same. I hope that passion for aviation stays in your eyes. 👀💯

Wrapping up Tourism Week 2026, Third Year Aviation Tourism students under Operations Management participated in the “𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞: 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬” seminar, led by 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐖𝐚𝐲𝐬 (AvTour 4-1), held on March 26 at the Multi-Purpose Hall.

Industry professionals 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐱𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐳𝐨 of 𝘈𝘪𝘳 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘓𝘵𝘥. and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐚, 𝘈𝘷𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘌𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, shared their perspectives from their own experiences, giving students a more grounded view of the field. The session also opened discussions on career paths and industry realities.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Pathways, consisting of 4th-year BS in Aviation Tourism (BSAvTour) students from Section 1, conducted “Tourism Circle: Navigating Real-World Industry Professions toward Career Opportunities” seminar today, March 26, at the Multipurpose Hall, Bldg. B.

The event was organized in partial fulfillment of their MICE course requirements and was attended by third-year AvTour students. It aimed to enhance their understanding of operations management practices within a professional and structured event environment.
