REGISTRATION EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 27, 2012
MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES
1. Open to all Official Dance Groups of Universities, Colleges and Schools in Metro Manila.
2. Minimum of 5 Members and Maximum of 8 Members. Members of group must be officially enrolled.
3. Each group must fill up and submit the online registration form from http://form.jotform.me/form/21754210005438. Deadline for Registration is on or before July 27 2012.
4. Each group must prepare a minimum of 5 minutes dance routine and a maximum of 10 minutes dance routine. Music must be given 1 week before the scheduled elimination in a cd format and in an mp3 format with label on the cover and total running time. No CD, USB, Mp3, or MP4 will be accepted during the day of the event.
5. Music for the grand finals should be different from the elimination round.
6. No Lewd gestures or movements on the routine. Music must not contain any improper language or lyrics.
7. Dance routine must contain the following elements of dance, POPPINGS, LOCKINGS, HOUSE, KRUMPING, BBOY/BGIRL.
8. Clothing or any props tossed into the audience are strictly prohibited. Use of props that may damage the stage, floorings or may affect other groups performance are strictly prohibited.
9. Falls, trips and Stumbles will have a corresponding deduction on the points accumulated by a group.
10. Performance order is determined by a random drawing of numbers and elimination date by the competitors prior to the event proper.
11. All leaders/president of participating groups must attend the meetings and orientation to be held by the organizer at the venue. Date to follow.
12. Dance Groups are REQUIRED TO SELL a minimum of Twenty Pieces Tickets for Elimination Rounds (10 pcs. of Php 150.00 & 10 pcs. Php 250.00) and groups who will qualify for the grand finals are also REQUIRED TO SELL a minimum of Thirty Pieces Tickets for Grand Finals as part of the criteria for judging during the grand finals (30% ticket votes) (10 pcs. of Php 180.00, Php 280.00 & Php 380.00).
13. Remittance of ticket sales will be turned over 4 days before each elimination rounds and 4 days before the grand finals. Unsold tickets not returned during the remittance date are considered sold.
14. Criteria for judging for elimination round are as follows; 40% Performance (20% Choreography – variety of dance styles, 10% musicality – choice of music, beat and moves related to the music, 10% showmanship – street presence, confidence, & projection presence.), 40% Skill (20% Ex*****on, 10% Synchronization, 10% Intensity/Level of Difficulty), 10% Audience Impact, 10% Costume).

Prizes are as follows; Grand Champion = Php 25, 000.00 worth of prizes (mix of cash and items/products), Certificate and trophy + a bragging rights to compete in TV 5 Talentadong Pinoy without screening or audition. 2nd Runner Up = Php 15, 000.00 worth of prizes (mix of cash and items/products), Certificate and trophy. 3rd Runner Up = Php 10, 000.00 worth of prizes (mix of cash and items/products), certificate and trophy. Consolation prizes will also be given away
17. Organizers and judges decision are final and irrevocable. No protest will be entertained on the event.
