Last December 4, 2025, our BSHM-II students, under the guidance of Prof. Sharill T. Victoriano, successfully showcased their final output for Fundamentals in Food Service Operations at the Manila Tytana Fine Dining Restaurant. 🤍🍽️

The event highlighted a Filipino Fusion Fine Dining Experience, blending holiday elegance with the familiar warmth of Filipino flavors. Every dish plated, every table set, and every service delivered reflected the dedication, teamwork, and passion our students have developed throughout the course. ✨

It was a meaningful celebration of learning, creativity, and the true spirit of hospitality. 💛

Last December 3, 2025, our BSHM-II students, guided by Prof. Francis Alvin E. Rosalda, showcased their final output for Asian Cuisine at the Manila Tytana Café. 💛

From freshly made Pita Bread, sweet and tangy Sweet & Sour Pork, creamy Kare-Kare, refreshing Mango Sago, and the rich sweetness of Gulab Jamun — every dish represented the effort, growth, and passion our class poured into this journey. 🍞🥭🍯

It was a meaningful and flavorful way to wrap up our Asian Cuisine subject—celebrating not just food, but the learning, memories, and teamwork behind each plate. 🌟🔥
