Last January 20, 2020, the graduating residents and fellows of the UP-PGH Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology celebrated a milestone in their careers as young physicians in the department’s annual commencement exercises, held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom.

Last Wednesday, December 18, 2019, the senior residents and fellows of the UP-PGH Department of Pediatrics celebrated a milestone in their careers as physicians as they completed their respective training programs and graduated with distinct honors. Last August 23, 2019, the UP-PGH Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism hosted the 110th PSEDM Interhospital Grand Rounds, which brought together fellows and consultants of the nine training institutions of the Society for a night of discovery, learning, and scientific discussion. The event, entitled “Pandora”, encapsulated the myriad of challenges and complexities that doctors face in clinching the diagnosis of a multifaceted medical case.
