Stay alert, plan your escape, and keep flames at bayโsafety first every day! ๐ซ๐ฅ
March of every year marks Fire Prevention Month, a crucial time to remind ourselves that most fires are preventable. Every year, thousands of home fires cause avoidable injuries and loss. Imagine the danger: an overloaded outlet with frayed wires, a candle burning too close to curtains, or a gas stove left slightly on. These small oversights can lead to disastrous moments.
Don't overload outlets or leave chargers in indefinitely.
๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐: Keep flammable materials far away from open flames.
๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐-๐๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ : Ensure gas stoves are completely turned off after use.

๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: Safety is Our Priority
As students, it is a "no-no" to play with fire! Fire safety means being responsible: checking our wires, staying away from lighters, andโmost importantlyโmemorizing our schoolโs emergency exit routes. With the right knowledge, we can turn our homes and schools into fire-safe zones!

Always keep a fire extinguisher handy and remember the ๐.๐.๐.๐.๐. ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐:
๐wist the pin.
๐ull the pin.
๐im at the base of the fire.
๐queeze the lever.

February 14, 2026 was more than just a date on the calendarโit was a day of discipline, teamwork, and readiness. ๐ฅ
The Bureau of Fire Protection conducted a Fire Olympics training session at Pasay City East in preparation for the 2026 Fire Olympics. Student representatives from President Corazon โCoryโ C. Aquino National High School (PCCCANHS) and Pasay City East High School (PCEHS) took part in various activities designed to test physical endurance, coordination, and teamwork under pressure.
Through hands-on drills and competitive challenges, the training emphasized the importance of preparedness, quick decision-making, and cooperationโqualities essential in emergency response situations. It was a day that pushed limits, built confidence, and reminded everyone that true readiness is earned through practice, discipline, and commitment.
