The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, through the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, has issued OVPAA Memorandum No. 04, s. 2026, providing guidelines for the conduct of classes, examinations, and academic work arrangements from August 15 to 20, 2026.

In general, regular class sessions during the covered period will be conducted online, with specific arrangements and exceptions for scheduled examinations, graduate thesis defenses, NSTP classes, and other academic activities as provided in the memorandum.

Students, faculty members, and concerned personnel are advised to carefully review the full memorandum below for the specific guidelines applicable to their respective institutes, campuses, programs, and scheduled activities.

In accordance with OVPAA Advisory No. 09, S. 2026, NAAP will shift to asynchronous/modular classes on August 10, 2026, in campuses covered by their respective LGU declarations on alternative learning modalities.

Examinations scheduled on August 10 for affected students will be rescheduled to August 11–12. No synchronous assessments shall be conducted during the covered period.

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective faculty members and academic offices for specific arrangements.

| Free Mobile Load Assistance Program

The NAAP - College Red Cross Youth Council, in collaboration with all the Student Organizations and Publication of the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines - Villamor Campus, is relaunching AGAPAY: Care Through Connection—a Free Mobile Load Assistance Program, an emergency response initiative aimed at supporting the academic community by providing mobile load assistance during times of calamity.

This project will once again extend its support to members of the academic community, made possible through the collective efforts of the following Student Organizations and Publication:

- Aeronautical Engineering - Air Transportation Student Organization

Your responses will serve as an evidence-based reference in assessing the conditions and concerns of our students, particularly those who may be experiencing or anticipating difficulties due to the ongoing weather conditions. When necessary, the gathered information may also be used in communicating student concerns, recommendations, and requests to the Academy Administration and other relevant offices for appropriate measures and assistance.

‎Examinations will proceed as scheduled, while affected students are permitted to wear comfortable civilian attire in line with the academy's dress code policy. General campus dress code rules remain strictly enforced—slippers, revealing tops, or inappropriate clothing are strictly prohibited.
