✨ A celebration of culture, flavor, and culinary excellence. 🍽️✨

Last May 7, 2026, the BSHM 2 students once again showcased their creativity, passion, and talent during their culminating activity in their Asian Culinary subject with the theme, “𝘼 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙, 𝙑𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙣𝙖𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙖.”

Through the preparation of appetizers, salads, and desserts inspired by the rich and vibrant cuisines of these Asian countries, each group successfully demonstrated their skills, teamwork, and dedication in the field of hospitality and culinary arts.

This activity was a true showcase of your learning, creativity, teamwork, and passion for the culinary arts. From selecting quality ingredients to applying proper food handling, plating techniques, and artistic presentation, each group demonstrated not only technical skills but also dedication, discipline, and professionalism.

We also thank the faculty mentor for facilitating and continuously guiding our students in making this activity a success. And to the SJDEFI community and the school administrators, thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement in making learning opportunities like this possible.
