Today, September 8, we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, commemorating the birth of the Mother of Jesus, nine months after the Solemnity of her Immaculate Conception.

We remember that the Blessed Mother was born into the world through her human parents, St. Joachim and St. Anne. Her birth reminds us of the beautiful mystery of the Incarnation: Jesus Christ, fully divine and fully human, chose to be born into a human family.

Through His humanity, Jesus entered into our broken world to redeem us, restore our relationship with God, and bring humanity closer to the Father.

May the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary remind us that God works through ordinary human families and humble beginnings to accomplish His extraordinary plan of salvation.

In light of the suspension of in-person classes by the Parañaque City Local Government Unit (LGU) today, 08 September 2026, classes at St. Andrew’s School will shift to Online Asynchronous Learning Modality.

All Andreans are advised to check the Genyo Learning Management System (LMS) for the prescribed learning materials and assigned tasks. These learning activities are intended to reinforce essential learning competencies for the First Term and/or provide opportunities for advance learning in preparation for the Second Term.

We encourage all students to accomplish the assigned learning activities and to reach out to their teachers should they have any questions or concerns.
