Let us elevate the mission of responsible mining together in the upcoming Virtual Stakeholders' Forum happening from Feb. 10-11, 2022.

Join us as Mines & Geosciences Bureau (MGB) brings together partners and stakeholders from the mining industry, national and local government bodies, academe, media, civil society, and more in a 2-day event to tackle the most recent policies and developments in mining and to hear from the nine recipients of the 2021 Presidential Mineral Industry Environmental Awardees (PMIEA). Participants are invited to join for an informative and engaging discussion with policy experts from MGB and with PMIEA awardees who will share best practices in elevating the nationwide mission of responsible mining.

Average Bloke says eat well be strong

Average Bloke is back on board after a very fattening holiday period. In saying this I've been helping others loose weight and get fit. 4 am person 1 we did 6.94 klms, 5.30 am person 2 we did 8.09 klm and the at 7.30 am person 3 we did 10.74 klm. Now Im helping them and there helping me total calorie burn 1451, Just Do It.

Motivation tip # 1: Every thought about running in a 5 or 10 klm fun run but didn't think you could do it?

You would like that finishers medal, the shirt etc right. Look at http://app.takbo.ph, and https://virtualraceph.com. A great way to start that aspiration is trying whats called a Virtual Run, its running anywhere, at your pace, anytime just as long as you complete the selected distance in the period allotted I just completed a couple! It has a small cost but that also motivates you because if you dont complete the distance you dont get the shirt or the medal, have a look just pick a distance you cant deal with. Build the distances up as you go. Its a great way to get your distance running started....

AB what do you reckon ......Mmmmm Protein if your going to get into exercise your body will want protein and there are many...Eggs (Boiled) is a easy one but look at Soy beans great! Anyway all bean are good for you so start now, oh if your a dope smoker think about the seeds?. Umm lay of Rice its hopeless and stay away from sugar....
