Documentary requirements include:

-Certificate of Good Moral Character
-Certificate of Good Health
-Principal’s Certification
-Certificate of Residency
-Parent’s Certification
-DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination/Award
-Applicant’s Certification of No Post-Secondary Units
-Signed Declaration of Applicant and the Parent/Legal Guardian
-Recent Picture, Passport Size
-Birth Certificate
-Parent/ Guardian's Proof of Income
-Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship
-Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

The exam will be on April 5-6, 2025. If you qualify, you’ll get a Test Permit with your test center and date details sent to your email in January 2025.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), plastics are entering into our ocean at an alarming rate. USAID Philippines' Clean Cities, Blue Ocean program is one effort to address this. The five-year, $48-million project has allowed USAID to work with partners to reduce plastic outflow in the Philippines through better solid waste management and empower Filipino women who work tirelessly in the country's waste sector.
