The Master Teachers of the Science Department conducted a Learning Action Cell (LAC) session on Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) on February 21, 2025, to enhance teachers' understanding of performance assessment and professional growth. The session was guided by Dr. Flordeliza R. Ramos, OIC-Head Teacher of the Science Department, and Dr. Mariela N. Calima, Principal IV, who provided insights on effective evaluation strategies. This collaborative learning activity fostered meaningful discussions and strengthened the department’s commitment to quality education and continuous professional development.
