With heavy hearts, the 𝐃𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐳 𝐒𝐫. 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 family mourns the passing of our 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳, 𝘔𝘢’𝘢𝘮 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘦 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦.

Through her years of service, she touched the lives of countless students and became a cherished part of the Amadean community. The lessons she taught, the guidance she gave, and the memories she left behind will forever remain in the hearts of those she inspired.

To her family, loved ones, colleagues, and former students, we extend our deepest condolences. May you find comfort in the memories of a life devoted to teaching and serving others.

Our Senior High School Teacher,
Ms. Mariven E. Navarro, let us all give our farewell messages as she continues her journey in another school.

SAMA-SAMA SA NUTRISYONG SAPAT PARA SA LAHAT!

Ang sapat at masustansyang pagkain ay susi sa malusog na pangangatawan, malinaw na pag-iisip, at mas magandang kinabukasan. Sa pagdiriwang ng Nutrition Month, hinihikayat natin ang bawat isa na piliin ang masustansyang pagkain at isabuhay ang mga gawi na nagtataguyod ng mabuting kalusugan.

Ang wastong nutrisyon ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagkain. ito rin ay tungkol sa pag-aalaga sa ating sarili, sa ating pamilya, at sa ating komunidad.

Sa sama-samang pagkilos, makakamit natin ang mas malusog at mas matatag na kinabukasan para sa lahat.
Makiisa, makibahagi, at maging bahagi ng pagbabago. Dahil ang sapat na nutrisyon ay karapatan ng bawat isa! 💚🥗
