Face-to-face classes at all levels in both public and private schools within the Municipality of Manaoag are hereby suspended on Monday, August 17, 2026, pursuant to 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟳𝟳, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, signed by 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓 𝑱𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒚 𝑨𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒐 𝑩. 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒐, 𝑴.𝑫.

This suspension is due to 𝑾𝙚𝒂𝙩𝒉𝙚𝒓 𝑨𝙙𝒗𝙞𝒔𝙤𝒓𝙮 𝙉𝒐. 60, which forecasts a 𝙔𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙮 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, with expected rainfall accumulation of 50–100 mm from today until tomorrow, brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (𝐻𝘢𝑏𝘢𝑔𝘢𝑡).

In accordance to DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024, School Heads are authorized and encouraged to implement the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) to ensure the continuity of learning during the suspension of face-to-face classes.
