September 11,2026

DepEd Real de Cacarong Elementary School 104984 was privileged to welcome Ma’am Esperanza F. Perez, EdD, District Supervisor, during the conduct of the school’s In-Service Training (INSET).

As part of her monitoring, Dr.Ezperanza F. Perez, provided technical assistance and valuable insights to the teachers, particularly in strengthening their teaching practices and enhancing the delivery of quality instruction.
Her guidance helped teachers gain a deeper understanding of effective strategies, learner-centered approaches, and the importance of continuously improving classroom practices.

Beyond technical assistance, Dr.Esperanza F. Perez, shared motivational and inspirational life lessons that encouraged teachers to remain resilient, passionate, and committed to their profession.
