The FLOCCI Club successfully carried out its Community Extension Program on January 16, 2026 at the Glodo Day Care Center in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, bringing learning-centered activities and donated materials to young children in the community.
Organized with the support and guidance of ACES Polytechnic College, Inc. (APCI), the initiative aimed to provide an engaging and meaningful experience for day care pupils through interactive learning sessions, creative activities, and the distribution of educational supplies. FLOCCI Club members led the program, ensuring the children enjoyed a productive and positive environment.
APCI’s Community Extension Coordinator and SHS Coordinator played key roles in facilitating the activity, ensuring smooth coordination between the institution and partner community. The club also extended its appreciation to Ma’am Jeramie D. Cagumbay, Head of the Glodo Day Care Center, for accommodating the outreach effort and supporting its implementation.
Parents and guardians likewise contributed to the event’s success through their cooperation, allowing the club to carry out activities safely and efficiently. The generosity of APCI students, faculty, and staff through their donations provided essential materials that significantly enriched the day’s learning and engagement.
With the combined efforts of the FLOCCI Club, APCI, and the local community, the program highlighted the importance of volunteerism and collective action—transforming compassion into service and reinforcing the value of education in community development.
