𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 2026 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙉𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙨

The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Panabo City, through its Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE), conducted a Technical Assistance for the Regional Nominees for the AGILA, EAGLE, and GADvocate Awards on October 1, 2026, at the Division Training Center.

This activity aimed to provide focused technical guidance and support to the Division’s regional nominees in refining, strengthening, and finalizing their award entries and supporting Means of Verification (MOVs) in accordance with the prescribed criteria, documentary requirements, and submission guidelines of the Regional Office.

Through this initiative, SDO Panabo City demonstrated its commitment to providing sustained support to its nominees and maximizing their potential for recognition at the regional level.

🏆 🏆 𝓢𝓓𝓞 𝓟𝓐𝓝𝓐𝓑𝓞 𝓒𝓘𝓣𝓨 𝓒𝓞𝓝𝓓𝓤𝓒𝓣𝓢 𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓖𝓡𝓐𝓜 𝓘𝓜𝓟𝓛𝓔𝓜𝓔𝓝𝓣𝓐𝓣𝓘𝓞𝓝 𝓡𝓔𝓥𝓘𝓔𝓦 (𝓟𝓘𝓡) 𝓕𝓞𝓡 𝓟𝓡𝓐𝓘𝓢𝓔

The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Panabo City successfully conducted a Program Implementation Review (PIR) of the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) in Samal.

The activity brought together the Division PRAISE Committee, PRAISE Secretariat, and Division Packaging Team to review the implementation of the PRAISE Program, assess accomplishments and challenges, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the Division’s preparations for upcoming recognition and awards initiatives.

Schools Division Superintendent 𝓙𝓲𝓷𝓴𝔂 𝓑. 𝓕𝓲𝓻𝓶𝓪𝓷, 𝓒𝓔𝓢𝓞 𝓥, emphasized the importance of being prepared and ready, particularly in ensuring that the Division’s accomplishments, innovations, and best practices are properly documented and readily available for validation, recognition, and future award opportunities.

Assistant Schools Division Superintendent 𝓑𝓪𝓼𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓸 𝓟. 𝓜𝓪𝓷𝓪-𝓪𝔂, 𝓙𝓻., 𝓒𝓔𝓢𝓞 𝓥𝓘, Chair of the Division PRAISE Committee, underscored the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and shared responsibility among the Committee, Secretariat, and Packaging Team. She emphasized that a strong PRAISE implementation requires collective effort and coordination from planning and documentation to evaluation and submission.

Meanwhile, Mr. 𝓚𝓮𝓷𝓷𝓮𝓽𝓱 𝓢. 𝓓𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓲𝓪, SEPS, shared the ways forward for PRAISE implementation, highlighting the need to further strengthen documentation, evidence-based reporting, packaging of accomplishments, and the Division’s participation in regional and other external search for outstanding programs, practices, and personnel.

The PIR also served as an avenue to align the team on the next steps, timelines, responsibilities, and strategies to further enhance the implementation of PRAISE and ensure that the Division is well-positioned for future recognition opportunities.

The activity concluded on a positive and encouraging note, with the participants demonstrating renewed commitment to working together toward a stronger, more responsive, and sustainable PRAISE Program.
