ZipGrade App Boosts Efficiency in 1st Quarterly Test: A Game-Changer for Teachers and Learners
The Tibungol Elementary School continues to embrace technology in assessment as it marked its second year of using the ZipGrade application during the conduct of the First Quarterly Examination. This innovative tool has transformed the way teachers check test papers and analyze results, bringing positive effects not only to educators but also to learners and the school community as a whole.
With the use of ZipGrade, teachers no longer spend long hours manually checking test papers. Instead, with just a quick scan of answer sheets through their mobile devices, results are instantly generated. This has greatly reduced the burden of checking and allowed teachers to focus more on lesson preparation, remediation, and enrichment activities.
Beyond faster checking, the application also provides comprehensive item analysis and frequency of errors. This feature helps teachers identify which items learners find most difficult, enabling them to adjust instruction and address learning gaps immediately. By knowing the strengths and weaknesses of their classes, teachers are able to make data-driven decisions that improve classroom instruction.
For learners, the use of ZipGrade means faster feedback on their performance. They no longer have to wait for days to know their scores. Immediate results motivate them to reflect on their answers, celebrate their successes, and work harder on areas where they need improvement. This timely feedback strengthens the learning process and encourages accountability among students.
At the school level, the adoption of ZipGrade promotes a culture of efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness. Administrators and teachers can easily consolidate data, track performance trends, and plan interventions more effectively. The application also demonstrates the schoolโs commitment to innovation and quality education by integrating technology into assessment practices.
As Tibungol Elementary School enters its second year of using ZipGrade, its benefits are becoming more evident. The app has not only made testing and checking more efficient but has also strengthened the link between assessment and instruction. Truly, technologyโwhen wisely utilizedโbecomes a powerful ally in ensuring that every learner succeeds.

Pangumusta sa Skul: A Meaningful Visit from ASDS Mana-ay
It was a meaningful day for our school community as our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Basilio Mana-ay Jr., visited our school. His visit carried a simple yet heartwarming theme- "Pangumusta sa Skul"- a gesture of care and connection with both teachers and learners.
Upon his arrival, Sir Mana-ay was warmly welcomed by the school head. His presence immediately brought smiles and excitement among the teachers and learners many of whom were eager to meet a leader they often only hear about during assemblies and announcements.
Part of his short yet memorable visit was a classroom walk-through, where he interacted with pupils and observed the learning environment. His simple โpangumustaโ reflected not just a casual greeting but a deeper commitment to making sure that the needs, concerns, and well-being of the school community are being looked after.
Sir Mana-ayโs visit may have been brief, but it left a lasting impact. It reminded everyone that leadership is not only about policies and programs but also about reaching out, connecting, and showing genuine concern for the people being served. His โpangumustaโ truly captured the essence of servant leadershipโsimple, sincere, and inspiring.
From Tibungol ES Family, Maraming Salamat po Sir Bas and company!

TADECO Cares: Partner in Education, Year After Year
For several years now, TADECO Cares has been a steadfast partner of Tibungol Elementary School, bringing not just school supplies, but also hope, support, and inspiration to its learners. This year, they once again proved their unwavering commitment by providing school supply kits to 100 students, ensuring that no child is left behind at the start of the school year.
The donation was warmly received by the school community. Teachers and parents looked on with joy as excited learners received their kits, which included pad paper, notebooks, crayons, expanded envelopes, pens, and pencils โ all the basic tools needed to participate fully in classroom learning.
โTADECO Cares has always been with us every year. They never fail to extend their support to our school, and we are truly grateful,โ said School Head Sir Edgardo Pamugas III, whose message reflected both appreciation and pride in the growing partnership.
For many of the beneficiaries, these kits are more than just supplies. In communities where families face economic challenges, these gifts lighten the burden and spark motivation. One teacher shared, โDako kaayong tabang ang gipanghatag nga school supplies isip dugang sa requirements sa among mga kabataan. Malipayon kaayo ang mga bata nga nakadawat niini. Thank you kaayo TADECO Company".
The annual outreach by TADECO Cares has become a much-anticipated event in the school calendar, reminding everyone that education is a shared responsibility โ and that compassion from the private sector can make a real difference.
This yearโs donation continues TADECOโs legacy of empowering young learners and uplifting public schools in the community. Through their consistent support, they help pave the way for a brighter future โ one child, one school supply kit at a time.
Big thanks to TADECO Cares, AOF Foundation and SMFL. Your generosity is not only remembered but felt in the hearts of every learner you help.

Save the Best for Last: Tibungol Elementary School Receives Major Support from NEARBECO and Local Leaders on Final Day of Brigada Eskwela 2025
As the vibrant spirit of volunteerism marked the end of Brigada Eskwela 2025, Tibungol Elementary School was overwhelmed with gratitude as it received a generous donation of 159 sets of school supply kits from Nestfarms Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative (NEARBECO), reinforcing the theme, โSama-sama para sa Bayang Bumabasa.โ
The final day of Brigada Eskwela was nothing short of meaningful. NEARBECO, a consistent partner of the school, once again extended its hand in supportโnot just through school materials, but through an earnest pledge to continue their assistance.
During the short turnover program, Chairman Demosthenes Peligrino of NEARBECO affirmed their long-term commitment to the school, saying, โWe will find more ways to support Tibungol Elementary School.โ This statement was seconded by Coop Manager Amy Bueron, who assured the school community that their cooperative will โcontinue to support the school at all times.โ The two leaders also announced an augmentation of services, particularly the provision of a service vehicle for learners residing in Purok 5, helping ease transportation concerns for the learners.
Local government support was also evident. Barangay Captain Gregorio Colminas expressed the barangayโs unwavering dedication to assist the school not only in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, but also by crafting and forwarding resolutions to higher offices that could bring more sustainable support for the school in the long run.
Amid the program, the school highlighted the importance of literacy through a Brigada Pagbasa activity in line with this yearโs Brigada Eskwela theme. Parents and children gathered for a heartwarming storytelling session led by Mrs. Cheryl Peligro, a supportive parent and literacy advocate. The activity aimed to strengthen reading culture within the community and encourage learners to develop a love for books and learning.
After the program, teachers maximized the opportunity by conducting reading assessments for their respective learners, ensuring that academic preparedness went hand-in-hand with physical preparations.
As the school wrapped up Brigada Eskwela 2025, the words โSave the Best for Lastโ rang trueโnot just because of the timely donations, but because of the reaffirmed partnerships, community efforts, and shared dreams that came together for the betterment of Tibungol Elementary School.
With clean classrooms, engaged parents, generous partners, and inspired teachers and learners, the school stands more ready than ever to welcome the new school year with hope and purpose.

Tibungol Elementary School Celebrates Independence Day at School and at Home! ๐ต๐ญ
In a beautiful display of unity and patriotism, Tibungol Elementary School commemorated the 127th Philippine Independence Day both in the classroom and at home with the theme, "Kalayaan 2025: Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan". The theme honored the nation's history, celebrated its present and looked forward to a brighter future.
At school, our dedicated teachers proudly displayed mini flaglets outside their classrooms, turning the hallways into a vibrant sea of red, white, blue, and yellow. Meanwhile, our creative and proud learners showcased their love for the country by making their own Philippine flags and posing with them from the comfort of their homes. ๐ โค๏ธ๐๐
This celebration reminds us that wherever we areโwhether in school or at homeโthe spirit of independence lives on in every Filipino heart. ๐ต๐ญโจ
