Scrolling for memes? Great. But spare a minute for some nutrition trivia, too! You might be surprised how one small fact can help you make smarter food choices, fuel your body for school, sports, and everyday life, and even settle those "Is this actually healthy?" debates with your friends. Learning doesn't only happen in the classroom, sometimes it starts with what you put on your plate. Now you know!
Happy Birthday to the Queen Mother of Cagangohan National High School, Ma'am Odette! Ludivina Autor Sumabal

When earthquakes strike, every second matters. At Cagangohan National High School, PROMPTNESS and TIME-CONSCIOUSNESS are not just reminders, they are practices that have become part of our school culture.
Through our monthly earthquake drills, both students and teachers are consistently equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for disaster preparedness. These regular drills help ensure that everyone knows what to do, where to go, and how to respond calmly and safely during emergencies.
Our school administration also plays a vital role in every earthquake response. Led by Principal Arlen A. Jumamoy and the Assistant to the Office of the Principal, Sir Francis Joy B. Dimayacyac, the school demonstrates strong leadership, preparedness, and coordination whenever an earthquake occurs. Their hands-on approach helps ensure a smooth, orderly, and systematic evacuation, as well as the safe turnover of students to their parents.
Recently, the school further strengthened its commitment to safety through the introduction of Project S.E.R.V.E., an initiative that builds upon the solid foundation of disaster preparedness and emergency response already established at Cagangohan National High School.
Indeed, preparedness saves lives, and TIME-CONSCIOUSNESS remains one of our greatest strengths in times of crisis. Let us continue to promote a culture of preparedness, responsibility, and vigilance because every second counts, and together, we can keep our school community safe.
Stay alert. Stay prepared. Value every second.
Project W.A.T.C.H. is more than an advocacy. It is a commitment to shaping communities built on trust, discipline, harmony, and responsibility. By instilling these values in schools, the program empowers students to become principled, accountable, and community-minded individuals who will carry these ideals into adulthood. LASTING CHANGE begins in the classroom, where today's learners are inspired to become tomorrow's RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.
That is why we always say, "We will not stop until ."

Time well spent begins with being on time.
Cagangohan National High School conducts its flag ceremony with learners and personnel, demonstrating a strong sense of TIME-CONSCIOUSNESS by making the effort to arrive at school before the scheduled time. Their punctuality reflects discipline, responsibility, and respect for the school community.
Being on time is more than a habit. It is a valuable life skill that builds character, promotes productivity, and lays the foundation for success. As the school community starts each week together, may everyone continue to value every minute and recognize that great achievements often begin with the simple commitment TO BE ON TIME.
Sanaol po tayo for today's bidyu. 😁 Salute to all the HONEST students of Cagangohan National High School 🫡 Let's continue to build a community where honesty is not just an option, but a culture.

On July 4, 2026, our dedicated Project W.A.T.C.H. Officers proudly took part in the 1st PTA General Assembly, demonstrating the true spirit of volunteerism, teamwork, and service.
From preparing the venue, setting up the stage, and restoring the hall after the program, our officers willingly lent their time and effort to ensure the success of the event. Working hand in hand with the SSLG Officers, they also assisted parents throughout the assembly, helped maintain the cleanliness of the venue, and made sure that every parent had a chair to comfortably participate in the program.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our supportive school administration, headed by Principal Arlen A. Jumamoy, together with the Assistant to the Office of the Principal, Francis Joy B. Dimayacyac, for their encouragement, appreciation, and continued support in empowering our student leaders to serve the school community.
Together, we continue to build a culture of service, discipline, and excellence.
