Bannering the yellow in the City of Fire, Central Luzon (Region III) reaps a golden harvest, securing the top spot with 793 points from both individual and group categories in the recently concluded Luzonwide Higher Education Press Conference (LHEPC).

Close behind is the host region, Cagayan Valley (Region II) earning 653 points. CALABARZON (Region IV-A) follows with 575 points.

Region III takes the lead in the individual categories of LHEPC 2026, delivering a commanding performance with a total of 352 points.

Close behind is Region II with 336 points, followed by Region V and Region IV-A, both tallying 254 points. Region I recorded 181 points, CAR with 154, while Region IV-B posted 133.

Region III secured the top spot in the group categories of LHEPC 2026, amassing 441 points, the highest among all participating regions.

Trailing behind were Region IV-A with 321 points and Region II with 317.

The results underscore Region IIIโ€™s dominant performance across group events including Newsletter, Tabloid, Magazine, and Literary Folio, in this yearโ€™s competition.
