𝗪𝗣𝗨 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘
𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝟮𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 - 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

STEP 1: Upload your Requirements
• Prepare the following:
- Your Clearance
- Your SSC Official Receipt
•Upload these documents through the Google Form provided by your college.
• Wait for your documents to be validated.

STEP 2: Wait for Document Validation
• Your uploaded documents will be reviewed by the College Secretaries.
• Once validated, they will click “Allow Enlistment” in your profile.
When this is done, you will be allowed to proceed with subject enlistment.

STEP 3: Enlist Your Subjects
• Log in to your AIMS Student Portal.
Do the following:
- Enlist your subjects
- Assess and choose your payment mode
- Submit your enlisted subjects

Important Notes:
• Regular students are automatically pre-enlisted with default subjects based on their completed grades, prerequisites, curriculum, year level, and allowed number of units.
• Irregular students are also pre-enlisted with subjects and assigned to available sections. However, they can view and select additional available subjects, provided these fit within their allowed number of units and there are no scheduling conflicts.
• Payee or some Irregular Students with outstanding balances wont be able to proceed to enlistment. In such cases, the students are advised to proceed to the accounting office for re-assessment or payment.

STEP 4: Subject Evaluation & Payment Tagging
• After you submit your enlistment, the College Secretaries will:
- Check which students have completed enlistment.
- Evaluate your enlisted subjects.
- Finalize your subject load.

STEP 5: Endorsement to the Registrar
• After evaluation, the College Secretaries will endorse your enlistment to the Registrar.
• The Registrar will then finalize your enrollment.

STEP 6: View Your Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Once finalized, log in to your Student Portal.
• Go to the Enrollment Section.
• View or print your Certificate of Registration (COR).
• The appearance of your COR confirms that you are officially enrolled.

Note: You no longer need to visit the Registrar’s Office to request your COR.

The Western Philippines University (WPU) Person with Disability Organization, based in the main campus, recently launched a successful awareness campaign against bullying and discrimination towards PWDs. As part of the initiative, members distributed informative brochures to fellow students, promoting empathy and understanding.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all WPU students who participated and supported this endeavor. Your involvement played a vital role in making this activity a success. We also acknowledge the invaluable guidance and support of our organization adviser, Sir ROMEO L. LEROM, whose dedication was instrumental in driving this initiative forward.

* Board up windows: Cover windows and doors with plywoodor storm shutters.
* Trim trees: Cut back branches that are close to your house to reduce the risk of them falling.
* Clear drains: Clean gutters,downspouts, and drains to preventflooding.
* Check structural integrity: Inspect your home for any damage toroofs, doors, or windows andmake necessary repairs.

* Protect pets: Bring pets indoors and ensure they have access to a safe place
