Last August 3–4, 2026, the Player Registration for the upcoming PUNHS Intramural/MUSALASIKA 2026 was successfully conducted at the SSLG Conference Room and JHS Grounds.

The activity was facilitated by the SSLG Officers, led by Antonio III B. Magalladora-SSLG President, to ensure an organized and efficient registration process for all participating student-athletes.
Thank you to all students who registered and showed their enthusiasm for this year's much-awaited sports and cultural event.

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 | PUNHS Grade 10 Special Science Class (SSC) Research IV Proposal Defense

On July 31, 2026, the Princess Urduja National High School (PUNHS) Grade 10 Special Science Class (SSC) successfully conducted its Research IV Proposal Defense at the SSLG Conference Room.

The activity provided students with the opportunity to confidently present and defend their respective research proposals before a panel of evaluators. It also served to assess the scientific merit, feasibility, and methodological soundness of each proposed study while providing students with constructive recommendations, expert insights, and valuable guidance to further strengthen their research before its implementation.

The proposal defense highlighted the students' critical thinking, research skills, and commitment to scientific inquiry, reflecting PUNHS's dedication to fostering academic excellence and innovation among its learners.

The event was facilitated under the guidance of the Research Teacher, Ms. Vanessa T. Abrea, whose dedication and mentorship continue to inspire students to pursue quality research and academic excellence.

Congratulations to all the Grade 10 SSC student-researchers for successfully presenting their research proposals. May this milestone serve as a strong foundation toward conducting meaningful and impactful research.

All interested students are encouraged to register their names and chosen sports event at the SSLG Conference Room from August 3 to August 7, 2026, 4:00pm to 4:30pm, immediately after classes.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
Students will not be allowed to participate in the Intramurals without a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form. Please make sure to secure and submit your consent form to be eligible to join.

When entering the SSLG Conference Room, everyone is expected to observe proper discipline. Please fall in line, keep your voices down, and maintain order while waiting for your turn.
