The Golden Marker was solemnly blessed by Rev. Fr. Justine Baliebie Bamouni, marking a meaningful moment in SJRNHS history. More than a landmark, it stands as a reminder of the school’s 50 years of learning, memories, achievements, and enduring partnerships that continue to shape generations of learners.

A meaningful highlight of the **50th Founding Anniversary of San Jose (Roxas) National High School, the Golden Tree Planting Activity brought together LGU officials, Barangay officials, district education personnel, faculty and staff, alumni, and various school organizations, including the PTA, SGC, SSLG, and YES-O, along with other valued stakeholders.

Made even more meaningful through the generous sponsorship of seedlings by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) and the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), the activity reflects the strong spirit of partnership and shared commitment to environmental sustainability.

More than planting trees, we planted hope, unity, and a lasting legacy for generations to come. Each seedling represents SJRNHS’s 50 years of growth—rooted in learning, strengthened by community, and reaching toward a greener and brighter future. 🌱💚

The celebration of the 50th Founding Anniversary of San Jose (Roxas) National High School kicked off with an energetic and meaningful Fun Run, bringing together SJRNHS students, alumni, Roxaseños, barangay officials, runners, and visitors in one memorable morning of unity and celebration.

More than just a run, it was a journey through five decades of memories, friendships, learning, and service—a celebration of the school’s golden milestone with every step taken.

The success of this activity was made possible through the invaluable support of the Municipal Traffic Management Office, MDRRMO, and the barangay officials and tanod forces of Malcampo and San Jose, who helped ensure the safety and smooth flow of the event.

To everyone who ran, cheered, volunteered, and shared in this special moment—thank you for running with SJRNHS! 💙💛

San Jose (Roxas) National High School proudly celebrated its 50th Founding Anniversary on August 8, 2026 marking five remarkable decades of service, excellence, friendship, and commitment to education and the community.

The celebration began with a Fun Run that brought together not only our alumni, but also SJRNHS students, Roxaseños, barangay officials, runners, and visitors. It was a joyful display of unity, school spirit, and camaraderie. The success and safety of the activity were made possible through the invaluable assistance of the Municipal Traffic Management Office enforcers, Municipal District Risk Reduction Management team, Barangay officials, and the tanod forces of Malcampo and San Jose.

The festivities continued as alumni from different batches proudly came together, marching and reconnecting with one another while bringing back memories of their school days. A meaningful planting activity followed, symbolizing the continuous growth of the school and the lasting legacy that will be passed on to future generations.

With grateful hearts, the SJRNHS community gathered in prayer and thanksgiving, recognizing the blessings, achievements, and people who have been instrumental in shaping the school throughout its 50-year journey. The Thanksgiving Mass was presided over by Fr. Justine Baliebie Bamouni whose spiritual guidance added solemnity and meaning to the celebration.

Among the highlights of the day’s 50th Founding Anniversary celebration of San Jose (Roxas) National High School was the unveiling of the Golden Marker—a significant moment that commemorates 50 years of history, service, and excellence. Following its unveiling, the Golden Marker was solemnly blessed by Fr. Bamouni marking the occasion with gratitude and prayer as the SJRNHS community celebrated this remarkable milestone.

Fifty years of SJRNHS history came together in a meaningful Tree Planting Activity, as LGU officials, RCD personnel including PSDS, Dr. Leonardo M. Oblan and the other school heads, distinguished visitors, representatives from various batches, and leaders of the PTA, SGC, SSLG, and YES-O, together with the SJRNHS faculty and staff, joined hands in planting trees for a greener and more sustainable tomorrow.

The gathering brought together school leaders, former teachers and staff, faculty and staff, learners, alumni, parents, government officials, and stakeholders. Heartfelt messages, words of encouragement, and reflections on the school’s journey honored the people and generations who have helped shape SJRNHS throughout the years.

A time of fellowship followed, complemented by performances that showcased the talents and creativity of the SJRNHS community. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to connect, celebrate, and create new memories together.

As evening unfolded, the celebration continued with the Golden Gala Night, a memorable gathering filled with music, entertainment, heartfelt messages, and meaningful moments. Distinguished guests, former school leaders and teachers, alumni, and stakeholders shared inspiring words that reflected the lasting impact of SJRNHS on generations of learners. It was a night of celebration, gratitude, and reconnection, honoring the school’s remarkable 50-year journey and the people who have been an integral part of its story. ✨💛💙

Heartwarming messages of gratitude and a tribute video paid homage to the people who have contributed to the school’s journey. The turnover of the Alumni Legacy, Deeds of Donations, and Certificates of Appreciation also highlighted the generosity and unwavering support of individuals and organizations who continue to believe in the mission of SJRNHS.

The spirit of generosity was further felt through the Grand Raffle Draw, made possible by the generous contributions of Mayor Pedy B. Sabando, Board Member Maria Angela V. Sabando, SB Members of the Municipality of Roxas, barangay leaders, alumni of SJRNHS, and other valued donors and stakeholders. Their generosity brought excitement and joy to the celebration and reflected their shared commitment to making the school’s golden anniversary truly memorable.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Kace Pro Lights and Sounds for providing the technical and sound support, and to the Municipal Government for providing the LED screen that enhanced the presentation and visual experience throughout the evening. Your invaluable contributions helped bring the 50th Founding Anniversary of SJRNHS to life and made the celebration more vibrant, engaging, and memorable for everyone.

A special thank you goes to the Municipal Band, the talented LGU performers, and our dedicated SSLG officers for helping entertain and energize the attendees throughout the celebration. Your talents, enthusiasm, and service added joy and vibrance to this momentous occasion.

The evening concluded with joyful socials where old friendships were rekindled, new memories were created, and the entire SJRNHS family celebrated as one.

More than just a celebration of a milestone, the occasion was a tribute to five decades of dedication, memories, achievements, relationships, and a legacy that continues to live on.
