SPEECH OF THE MONTH | AUGUST

Courage is who you are. During the flag ceremony earlier, Mr. Junard Pajarillo Curamming shared a powerful message about this. He explained that it means being brave and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

He also broke down the word COURAGE, showing how each letter stands for something important:

• C – Choose honesty over cheating
• O – Own your actions and learn from mistakes
• U – Understand that courage is facing challenges, not just avoiding them
• R – Respect yourself and others, no matter what
• A – Always try your best, even when it’s hard
• G – Go through difficulties with a strong heart
• E – Encourage others to be brave too

He encouraged all students at Pagudpud National High School to live boldly, do the right thing always, and face every day with courage. Let’s remember: choose courage over fear, kindness over cruelty, and truth over lies. 🤍🍀✨

🎤 SPEECH OF THE MONTH || 🤍 " INTEGRITY IS WHO YOU ARE." 🍀✨

During the flag ceremony earlier, Mr. Kevin Martinez Lorenzo tackled the importance of "Integrity". Mr. Kevin explained that integrity means being honest and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. 🤍
He tackled what the letters in "INTEGRITY" mean. He began with "I." I stands for INSPIRE OTHERS THROUGH ACTIONS. Be a good example by doing the right thing. Don't just talk—lead by example through your actions. ✨ And next is "N." N stands for NEVER COMPROMISE YOUR VALUES. Do not give up your good values just to please others or make things easier. 🌱 The third one is "T." T stands for TELL THE TRUTH. Sometimes the truth hurts, but we should admit our mistakes instead of lying. 💯 The fourth one is "E." It stands for EARN YOUR SUCCESS HONESTLY. Work hard and be honest to achieve your goals. Do not cheat or do anything dishonest just to succeed. 🏆 The fifth one is "G." G stands for GO THROUGH CHALLENGES. Keep trying even when no one believes in you and when things are hard. Face problems instead of giving up. 💪 The sixth one is "R." It stands for RESPECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS. Be kind and polite to yourself and to other people. Treat everyone fairly, even if they are different from you. 🤝 The seventh one is "I." I stands for INVEST IN DISCIPLINE EVERY DAY. Stay focused, be responsible, and keep doing the right thing even when it's difficult. 📚 The eighth one is "T." It stands for TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Own your actions, admit your mistakes, and learn from them instead of making excuses or blaming other people. ✅ And finally, the last one is "Y." Y stands for YEARN YOUR LIFE TO GOD. Trust God and try to live according to His teachings every day. 🙏
He encouraged every student of Pagudpud National High School to live their life to the fullest, do the right thing even when no one is watching, be honest, and face their challenges or battles honestly, even when it is difficult. 🌟

💙 MEET THE NEWLY ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE VALUES EDUCATION CLUB!

With great pride and excitement, the Values Education Club proudly introduces the newly elected members of Pagudpud National High School.💙

These dedicated students have accepted the responsibility of serving the club with integrity, respect, compassion, and commitment. As they begin this new chapter, may they continue to uphold the core values of honesty, kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and service in everything they do.

Together, let us celebrate their achievement and support them as they work hand in hand to promote positive values, strengthen friendships, and build a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring school community.

"🙏𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗔 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗔🤲"

Ang bawat mag-aaral, g**o at faculty staff ay sama-samang sinalubong ang banal na Misa sa Pagudpud National High School na tanda Ng pananampalataya sa diyos. Ito ay nagsilbing paalala sa kahalagahan ng pananalangin at paglapit sa Diyos sa gitna ng mga hamon sa buhay.

Sa pamamagitan ng pakikilahok sa Misa, nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang bawat isa na magnilay, magpasalamat, at humingi ng patnubay at biyaya sa diyos. Ang sama-samang pagdarasal ay nagpatibay sa pagkakaisa at nagbigay-inspirasyon upang ipagpatuloy ang mga tungkulin nang may pananampalataya at dedikasyon.

Sabay-sabay nating ipagdiwang ang banal na Misa na sumisimbolo Ng pagkakaisa, paggalang, at pagmamahal sa diyos.❤️✨

“THE POWER OF SELF-DISCIPLINE ✊️"

After the flag ceremony, a valuable talk about "Self-Discipline" was given by our guest speaker, "Ms. Rizza Mae Ventura". She shared how self-discipline can help students become successful in school and in life.

Ms. Ventura explained that self-discipline is the ability to control one's behavior, emotions, and habits in order to achieve goals. It means staying committed to doing what is right and important, even when it is difficult.

She emphasized that self-discipline helps students become more responsible, focused, and organized. It also allows them to manage their time well, make wise decisions, and develop positive attitudes.

The speaker reminded everyone that success comes from regular effort and good habits. Students who practice self-discipline are more likely to complete their tasks, overcome challenges, and reach their goals.

Without self-discipline, a person may miss many chances and fail to reach their full potential. Even if it is hard to develop, staying focused and committed can help us achieve our dreams. Self-discipline is a very important quality because it leads to growth, responsibility, and success.

Through her inspiring message, Ms. Ventura encouraged students to strengthen their self-discipline every day. She reminded them that with dedication, self-control, and hard work, they can achieve their dreams and become better individuals.
