MIDTERM: August 19, 20, 21, 22, 2026
PREFINAL: September 16, 17, 18, 19, 2026
FINAL: October 21, 22, 23, 24, 2026

All concerned are hereby advised to take note of the above schedule.

Secure your examination permit early to avoid any inconvenience during the exam days. Payment transactions one day before and during the examination period may be accommodated, but the release of the examination permit may be delayed.

Submit TOR, SF10, or School Card 138 in three complete sets.
🖇02 Alternative Learning Option
Provide ALS Certificate with Grades or AF5, three copies if applicable.
🖇03 Secure Birth Certificate
Obtain PSA Birth Certificate and prepare three photocopies.
🖇04 Provide ID Photos
Submit two copies of a recent 1x1 picture with a plain background.

Requirements:

1x1 size picture - 2 pcs
Birth certificate PSA - 3 pcs
School Credentials (Form 137A/SF10 - HighSchool/SHS Graduate, AF5 for ALS completer, TOR for College graduate) - 3 set copies/pcs
