๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐- Looking ahead to the upcoming academic challenges, Medina College - Ozamiz City successfully staged its mid-year Program Review, Planning, and Teambuilding seminar at the RA 7 Resort in Clarin.
Guided by the theme, "Reflect, Recharge: Strengthening Program for Sustainable Growth," the convention served a dual purpose: evaluating past operational performance and fortifying the collaborative spirit of its workforce as they transition into the Academic Year 2026-2027.
The event commenced with rigorous program reviews and forward-looking strategic planning sessions. Faculty and administrative leaders analyzed current institutional metrics, identified areas for curriculum development, and mapped out data-driven benchmarks aimed at long-term institutional growth for the incoming school year.
Following the policy and planning sessions, the agenda transitioned into dynamic team-building exercises. These activities were specifically designed to break down departmental silos, enhance interpersonal communication, and revitalize employee morale. By blending administrative accountability with deliberate fellowship, the college sought to ensure that its faculty and staff are both strategically aligned and mentally recharged to welcome the student body for AY 2026-2027.
