📌 What is the 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐫–𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐀𝐃) 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱?
The Alper–Doger Scientific Index (AD Scientific Index) is an international academic ranking system that evaluates scientists based on individual research productivity and citation impact, using data derived from Google Scholar profiles. It emphasizes personal scholarly performance rather than institutional affiliation, incorporating indicators such as total citations and recent (5-year) citation impact—making it a transparent measure of sustained academic contribution and influence.

As we begin the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, the Physical Education Department is excited to introduce our Bachelor of Physical Education and PATHFit course 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 and our dedicated 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐲𝐦 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞.

They are here to guide, support, and inspire you as you take on new challenges and opportunities in the world of fitness and health.

The PE department of LSU warmly welcomes 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐫. 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐠, as the newly appointed Coordinator for Physical Education and Sports Management Program.

As we begin this new chapter, we look forward to working closely with Mr. Manuel in strengthening student engagement, amd fostering meaningful connections within the CTE community.

At the same time, we extend our deepest gratitude to 𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐎. 𝐘𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐠, for his dedicated service as the outgoing Coordinator for Physical Education. Thank you for your support, guidance, and commitment to the students of our College.

As one chapter closes and another begins, we remain grateful for Dr. Kenneth's invaluable contributions and excited for the opportunities ahead with Mr. Manuel.

Today, we proudly celebrate our BPED Graduates from the College of Teacher Education Class of 2026 — Batch Memento Vivere. This name reminds us to live with purpose, passion, and meaning.

As your teachers, it has been a privilege to witness your journey of growth, perseverance, and transformation. We have seen you face challenges with determination, embrace learning with enthusiasm, and develop into future educators who are ready to make a difference. Within the halls of CTE, you learned not only the theories and practices of teaching but also the values of service, compassion, integrity, and commitment that define a true educator.

Congratulations, Batch Memento Vivere. As your teachers, we take pride in all that you have accomplished and look forward to the positive impact you will make in the lives of your future learners.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones of our dear alumna, Ms. Angel Eve D. Pacanon, who has recently passed away. She will always be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and the positive impact she made at La Salle University–College of Teacher Education.

May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her family find comfort and strength during this time of sorrow.

100% passing rate. 9 out of 9 first-time BPEd takers passed the March 2026 BLEPT, and that achievement speaks volumes about their dedication.

Seeing all of them reach this milestone fills me with so much pride because we witnessed not only your strengths but also the struggles, pressures, sacrifices, and silent battles you overcame along the way. Yet, despite everything, they continued to move forward with teamwork and perseverance, embodying the true identity of a BPEd student.
