The College of Criminology officially presents the candidates for the Local Student Council for Academic Year 2026–2027.

As future criminology professionals and student leaders, these candidates stand ready to represent the voice, welfare, and aspirations of the student body through responsible leadership, integrity, and service.

The Local Student Council Election will be conducted through online voting on August 20, 2026. The official voting link will be posted tomorrow through the official platform of the College of Criminology.

We encourage every Criminology student to take part in this important exercise of student governance. Know the candidates, consider their platforms, and make your vote count.

Another year, another batch of future criminologists welcomed home!

The College of Criminology, Misamis University held its University-Wide Orientation Program today, August 14, 2026, at the MU Covered Court — bringing together students from all year levels for a day filled with guidance, inspiration, and unity.

Leading the program was our esteemed College Dean, Dr. Jose F. Cuevas Jr., together with the dedicated faculty of the Criminology Department and fellow members of the university faculty, who welcomed and guided our Criminologists-in-the-making as they begin another meaningful chapter of their academic journey.

Special thanks to the LSC & PG Officers for their invaluable help in facilitating student attendance and the distribution of admission slips — your hard work and dedication truly made this event run smoothly. Your service does not go unnoticed!
