BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT LOCAL STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTION 2026

Leadership is not only about having a position, but also about having the courage to serve, the responsibility to listen, and the commitment to make a difference. On August 4, 2026, our Basic Education Department came together as one community to exercise their right to vote and choose the leaders who will represent them.

With the participation of our Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School learners, the election became an opportunity to practice responsibility, unity, and active participation. Each vote reflected a voice, a choice, and a hope for a better and stronger school community.

To all the candidates who stepped forward and accepted the challenge to lead, we commend your courage and willingness to serve. May you continue to uphold the values of responsibility, integrity, and genuine service as you take on this new chapter.

What a meaningful way to wrap up this year's Nutrition Month! The Senior High School Department came together for a culminating celebration that highlighted a month filled with learning, fun, creativity, and active participation.

From engaging performances to exciting activities, our students showcased not only their talents but also their commitment to living healthier lives. The celebration also honored those who stood out for their enthusiasm and dedication throughout the month.

Guided by this year's Nutrition Month theme, "Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan," the event reminded us that taking care of our health goes hand in hand with caring for our environment.

𝗸𝘂𝗠𝗨𝘀𝘁𝗮, 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱? 🎊

𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻!

Learning comes in many forms, and this year’s 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was a wonderful reminder that education can be both meaningful and enjoyable. Through a series of engaging activities, our learners from 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 had the opportunity to showcase their talents, knowledge, and creativity while promoting the importance of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Our 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 expressed their creativity through the 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁, using their colorful imaginations to share messages about healthy eating and caring for the environment. Meanwhile, our 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 pupils put their knowledge and critical thinking skills to the test during the 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗕𝗲𝗲, demonstrating confidence and determination throughout the competition. Completing the celebration, our 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 showcased their culinary skills in the 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄, preparing nutritious dishes while highlighting the value of healthy food choices and teamwork.

Congratulations to all our participants for giving their best, as well as to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and hardworking organizers who made this celebration possible. Your efforts helped create an event that was not only educational but also enjoyable and memorable for everyone.

May the lessons learned during this celebration continue to inspire us to make healthier choices, appreciate the value of good nutrition, and work together in building a healthier school community.

𝗸𝘂𝗠𝗨𝘀𝘁𝗮, 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱? 🎭

July marks the annual celebration of Nutrition Month.
It was the first activity for this school year, it set as a healthy start for everyone.

Last July 2026, the Senior High School Department observed Nutrition Month through various activities. The students actively joined the Healthy Recipe Contest, NutriQuiz, and Poster Making, which proved that learning about nutrition can be both fun and creative.

The celebration closed with a culmination program featuring exciting games and a Zumba performance from different clusters. Through this event, students showcased their great involvement and a stronger understanding of nutrition during Nutrition Month 2026
