A Champion’s Visit to Kibawe Camp!

Today, our athletes at Kibawe Camp received a special boost of inspiration from our Schools Division Superintendent Reynaldo E. Manuel, Jr., PhD, CESO V. Seeing the dedication of our Elementary and Secondary softball teams on the field reminds us that excellence isn't about the score, it’s about the character we build through grit and teamwork.

In every pitch and every home run, we carry the spirit of our province. We are training not just to be athletes, but to be true reflections of our Provincial Governor's Mantra; Misamisnon Magpuyong Malinawon, Malambuon og Malipayon.

Thank you, Governor Atty. Henry S. Oaminal for your unwavering support and for fueling the dreams of our young champions! Together, we hit it out of the park for a better Misamis Occidental.

Our Schools Division Superintendent, Reynaldo E. Manuel, Jr., PhD, CESO V, led the ceremonial signing of appointments for our deserving educators.

The highlight of the ceremony was the conferring of the appointment for Teacher VI—the highest item in today's batch. This moment symbolizes the administration's full support for professional growth and the recognition of merit in our division.

Beyond the title, this milestone celebrates a legacy of grit, mastery, and true leadership.

As these educators ascend to new heights, they become vital pillars in realizing our Governor's vision of ASENSO: a province where every Misamisnon Magpuyong Malinawon, Malambuon ug Malipayon.

Look | For transparency and accountability, the Baliangao School of Fisheries, under the capable leadership of Principal IV Mr. M. Bolanio, proudly launches its Citizen’s Charter. This significant milestone reflects the school’s commitment to delivering efficient, responsive, and people-centered public service.

The event was made even more meaningful with the presence and full support of our Schools Division Superintendent, Reynaldo E. Manuel, Jr., PhD, CESO V, together with CID Chief Samuel C. Silacan and SGOD Chief Ma. Cheryl T. Samonte, PSDS Robic C Lusdoc, and other supervisors. Their guidance and dedication continue to inspire a culture of excellence across the division.

Launching of the Citizen's Charter in One Plaridel
held at Sta. Cruz Integrated School under the leadership of School Principal Berseflor Curambao, this event marks another milestone toward accountable and people-centered governance.

Graced by Hon. Mayor Gadwin E. Handumon, SDS Reynaldo E. Manuel, PSDS Loida A. Intong, Barangay and PTA officials, and school administrators, the launching underscored our shared commitment to efficient service delivery and the cultivation of genuine public trust.

Schools Division Superintendent Reynaldo E. Manuel, Jr., PhD, CESO V visited Bitibut Integrated School to monitor classroom activities and check on the well-being of both teachers and students. He also inspected the school buildings and facilities to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

Accompanying him were PSDS of Sapang Dalaga, Dr. Edna Duhaylungsod; SEPS Roselyn Clavite; Electrical Consultant Mr. Samson Sardan; and Sports Consultant Mr. Romeo Sarrento.

A moment of faith, integrity, and leadership in action!
The opening and blessing of the Honesty Store and the unveiling of the Leader’s Wall in the Division of Misamis Occidental was solemnly officiated by Msgr. Maximiano Naron, graced by the full presence of the top management and unit heads.

SDS Reynaldo E. Manuel, Jr., PhD, CESO V, together with ASDS Eugene I. Macahis, Jr., CESO VI, and the two Chiefs, Samuel C. Silacan & Maria Cheryl T. Samonte led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a short but meaningful program.

This 2 in 1 activity, truly a celebration of integrity and inspiration — reminding every Misamisnon that honesty and good leadership will always be the cornerstones of excellence!
