‎𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪

‎The 𝟰𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽 (𝗜𝗖𝗖) brought communities together in a shared effort to address marine litter and protect the ecosystems that sustain life. More than a cleanup, the initiative underscores a responsibility that extends beyond a single day: keeping our coastlines clean, protecting marine biodiversity, and recognizing the impact of everyday choices on our waters.

‎Joining this global movement, the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚), 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗮 (𝗕𝗞𝗗), and 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗬𝗘𝗦-𝗢) of Ipil National High School took part in the coastal cleanup drive in Ormoc City.
‎
‎Through collective action, our student organizations reaffirmed that environmental responsibility is not confined to campaigns or celebrations. It is reflected in the willingness to show up, take responsibility, and contribute to the protection of the spaces we all share.
‎
‎Because a cleaner coastline begins not only with what we remove, but with what we choose to protect.
