Please be advised that there will be NO TRAINING on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in view of the upcoming Division Siglaro.

This is a wonderful opportunity for all of us to come together and rally behind our student-athletes with cheers, encouragement, and unwavering support.

Regular training sessions for Self-Defense, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing will officially RESUME on September 13, 2026.

Yesterday, August 30, 2026, we didnā€™t just drill empty-hand self-defense techniques, basic strikes from Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Aikidoā€”also, a surprise birthday celebration for the Founder and Chief Instructor, Sensei Ricardo Parrilla Payod!

Thanks to our ever-generous practitioners, we shared delicious cake and pizza, alongside a heartwarming handmade birthday greeting card from one of our promising young students that made the day extra special.

Moments like this prove that Freestyle Self Defense Ormoc City Chapter isn't just about trainingā€”itā€™s about brotherhood.
