Today marks the 43rd death anniversary of Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., a symbol of courage and sacrifice in the struggle for Philippine democracy.

His sacrifice and bravery opened the eyes of the Filipino people to the realities of oppression and reminded us that freedom is never guaranteed—it must be defended, valued, and upheld by every generation.

Forty-three years after his death, may we continue to remember not only how he died, but why he chose to stand and serve his people despite the risks.

May his courage inspire us to never remain silent in the face of injustice, to stand for what is right, and to carry forward the responsibility of protecting the democracy that so many Filipinos fought and sacrificed for.

We remember. We honor. We continue. 🇵🇭

A massive thank you goes out to our dedicated teachers who work tirelessly to make sure learning continues, even when we are outside the four walls of our school. CLASS SUSPENSION | August 18, 2026 (Tuesday)

In view of the prevailing inclement weather and to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, teachers, and school personnel, classes from Kindergarten to Senior High School are hereby suspended in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Bansud on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
This suspension is implemented by order of Municipal Mayor Ronaldo M. Morada as a precautionary measure to safeguard the welfare of the Bansudeños.

Everyone is advised to remain vigilant, prioritize their safety, and continue monitoring official announcements from the Local Government Unit and the school for further updates.
