Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) Highlights for Tropical Storm
PDRRMC Oriental Mindoro
September 24, 2025 | 2:00 PM (Wednesday)
1. Government work and classes in all levels are suspended on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025.
2. As for tomorrow (Sept. 25): Class suspension will depend on the 5:00 AM weather bulletin and the decision of the Local Chief Executives (LCEs), following DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2024.
3. As per Gov. Bonz: All ongoing and scheduled activities involving learners are postponed as a precautionary measure.
4. No Sail Policy will be implemented starting tomorrow, Sept. 25 (Thursday).
5. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) will be raised in Oriental Mindoro by Thursday noon or afternoon (Sept. 25).
6. TCWS No. 3 or 4 may be raised over Oriental Mindoro by Friday (Sept. 26).
7. Critical period for Oriental Mindoro: Friday afternoon until Saturday morning (Sept. 26–27), with Orange Rainfall Warning (intense rainfall) expected on Friday.
