1. Every roast at Redemption Coffee begins with a foundation of carefully selected green beans. Each batch is weighed and sorted to ensure consistency before it even reaches the roaster.

2. From there, control takes over—where heat, airflow, and timing are carefully managed. Real-time data and sensory cues guide roast progression.

3. As the beans develop, small but precise adjustments are made to shape flavor—bringing out clarity, sweetness, and balance without rushing the process.

4. Once roasting is complete, refinement begins. The beans are quickly cooled, sorted again, and checked to maintain only the highest quality standards in every batch.

5. Each roast then goes through evaluation through cupping, where aroma, taste, and balance are carefully assessed to confirm consistency and flavor integrity.

6. Finally, release. Once approved, the beans are packed fresh to preserve their character, ready to be brewed and enjoyed—delivered from our roastery to your business or home.
