Day 2 complete! We dove into the world of bandaging and learned how to perform proper rescue techniques 🔥

We are very thankful and grateful to the rescuers who took the time to teach, guide, and share their knowledge with us. Every lesson we learned is truly valuable :)

Received a 911 call reporting a sparking electrical wire in one of the rooms at OCNHS that was starting to ignite a fire.

Responding units:
DRRMO Fire and Rescue Bravo Team, BFP Olongapo, PNP, OEDC, OTMPS and Barangay East Tapinac personnel.

Who Can Join?

📍 Incoming Grade 8-12 students
📍 Physically fit & willing to undergo training
📍 Responsible and Disciplined .
📍 Interested in disaster preparedness & emergency response

By joining our team you will:
✅ Learn basic first aid, rescue techniques, and disaster response.
✅ Assist in drills, evacuations, and emergency preparedness.
✅ Develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Be part of a dedicated team that values safety and responsibility.
✅Learn 10 basic codes in radio communication training. For quick coordination can save lives in critical situations.

No rescue experience? Don't worry! 🌟 Training will be provided first before you are allowed to handle patients independently.💪🔥

🔥 March 2026 – Fire Prevention Month

“Sa pag-iwas sa sunog, bawat isa ay may responsibilidad.”

In observance of Fire Prevention Month this March 2026, the SDRRMC of Olongapo City National High School stands committed to promoting fire safety awareness, preparedness, and responsibility within our school and community.

Palalala Laban sa Sunog!

1️⃣ I-check ang mga kable at electrical appliances, siguraduhing hindi over-loaded.
2️⃣ Huwag iwanang hindi binabantayan ang mga kandila o gasera.
3️⃣ Magkaroon ng fire extinguisher sa bahay, lalo na sa kusina at garahe.
4️⃣ Iwasan magsiga sa mga lugar na madaling mag-apoy.
5️⃣ Magplano ng evacuation route at siguraduhing alam ng bawat isa ang daan palabas ng bahay.
6️⃣ Ituro sa mga bata ang mga basic fire safety tips.

Together, let us practice prevention, stay vigilant, and be ready at all times. 🔥🧯
