The 2016 International Coastal Clean-Up Olongapo tomorrow has been cancelled as per the Philippine Coast Guard due to reported peace and order / terrorism concerns. But instead the MRP 2.0: Making Riverth Possible will push through on Saturday, September 24, 2016. This will be the DEPED sanctioned environmental clean-up event.

In light with the cancellation of the International Coastal Cleanup Activity by the ICC Philippines, Philippine Coast Guard and Biodiversity Management Bureau, the Environmental Management Bureau nationwide will push-through with the conduct of National Cleanup Day on September 17, 2016.
