Sharing the highlights of the Testimonial Dinner 2025 honoring the 2025 CBLE Passers of Lyceum of Subic Bay, a night that will forever remain close to our hearts. Held on December 13, 2025 at The Shoreline Hotel, Subic, the evening was a beautiful celebration of perseverance, sacrifice, and triumph—a moment where hard work finally met recognition.

This meaningful event was made possible through the inspiring leadership of our esteemed and dedicated Department Head, Mr. Edward Q. Delos Santos, whose guidance, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence continue to shape future customs professionals.

What an inspiring and meaningful day it has been for our 2025 Customs Broker Licensure Examination (CBLE) takers. Last November 18, 2025, the PSCAS-LSB Chapter together with our respected leaders visited our future Licensed Customs Brokers to extend motivation, guidance, and heartfelt support as they enter the final stretch of their professional journey.

This activity was headed by our dedicated Department Head, Mr. Edward Q. Delos Santos, LCB, MBA, whose leadership continues to uplift and shape future Customs professionals. Alongside him is our ever-supportive Mr. John Marion G. Taperla, LCB, whose presence and wisdom truly made the day special and encouraging for all.

We also express our deepest gratitude to the PSCAS-LSB Chapter Officers, who worked tirelessly to ensure that every stop—from Manila Central University to Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, and finally Ayala Malls Manila Bay—was filled with warmth, reassurance, and meaningful connection.

Through simple conversations, reminders, and personal encouragement, we witnessed how each examinee carried not only knowledge, but hope, determination, and the dream of becoming part of the Customs profession.
