CIMDO Schedule Adjustment Notice:

Following the extended deadline for JC 03 documents via Resolution No. 514-2026, CIMDO is moving the release date of Certificates of Review and Approval for Use until further notice.

This extension allows faculty authors to properly incorporate feedback from the UIMRC. This also gives CIMDO staff adequate time to prepare the required JC attachments, and ensures all materials undergo thorough plagiarism and institutional formatting checks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. Thank you!

To All Submitting Faculty Authors:

Please be advised that Certificates for all reviewed IMs (2nd Call and Special Call) are scheduled for release on Tuesday, July 28, 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Notifications will be sent out over the weekend. Please be advised that CIMDO team is currently working through remaining submissions to get your JC 03 documents be finalized promptly.
