𝐂𝐆𝐀𝐏 2025: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

Iriron National High School successfully concluded its 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐂𝐆𝐀𝐏) 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 on December 4, 2025, with an innovative and engaging approach. Moving away from the traditional podium-style presentations, the event adopted a talk-show format, creating a dynamic and interactive atmosphere for both speakers and participants.

The program featured accomplished professionals who shared their inspiring journeys and valuable insights: 𝐅𝐎1 𝐊𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑. 𝐀𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧 from the Bureau of Fire Protection, Municipality of Calintaan , 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐒. 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐚 , Administrative Assistant III and Senior Bookkeeper, DepEd Calintaan District, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐃. 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨, entrepreneur and skilled welder, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐌𝐚. 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐀. 𝐔𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐨, Teacher III at Cabacao Elementary School
Abra de Ilog District, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐞𝐡𝐮 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐐. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬, Municipal Agriculturist I, Municipality of Rizal.
Each speaker highlighted the challenges they overcame, the opportunities within their careers, and the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and passion in achieving success.

The event was made even more meaningful by the participation of Grades 10 and 12 students, who attended in career-themed attire, symbolizing their aspirations and future goals. This visual representation of their dreams reinforced the program’s mission: to guide learners toward informed career choices and inspire them to pursue their ambitions with confidence.

The success of this culminating activity was made possible through the dedication of coordinators 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨 𝐂. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐣𝐨𝐬 and 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐁. 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚, the unwavering support of school head 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐎. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚, and the collaborative efforts of teachers, parents, and student broadcast journalists who hosted the event with professionalism and enthusiasm.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝐎𝐇𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐙𝐀 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and 𝐎𝐇𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐙𝐀 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 for adding elegance and vibrance to the occasion through their stunning designs and backdrops, making the event truly remarkable and memorable.

As the program concluded, the hope remains that the lessons learned and stories heard will stay in the hearts and minds of the learners,fueling their determination to reach their dreams and become future leaders in their chosen fields.

𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 successfully conducted an 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 as part of the 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐂𝐆𝐀𝐏) 2025 for both Grade 10 and Grade 12 learners simultaneously. This initiative aims to guide students in making informed decisions about their future career paths and prepare them for life beyond high school.

For Grade 12 learners, the orientation covered the objectives of CGAP, discussed by 𝖬𝖺'𝖺𝗆 𝖱𝖾𝗀𝗂𝗇𝖺 𝖡. 𝖠𝗎𝗌𝗍𝗋𝗂𝖺, Guidance Designate, and the four curriculum exits, which were presented by 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 Ma. 𝖯𝖺𝗎𝗅𝖾𝗇𝖾 P. 𝖠𝖽𝗏𝗂𝗇𝖼𝗎𝗅𝖺, 𝖲𝗂𝗋 𝖦𝗂𝖾𝖽𝗈𝗇 𝖫. 𝖰𝗎𝗂𝗋𝗈𝗌, 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 𝖶𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗂 𝖳. 𝖥𝖺𝗅𝖼𝗎𝗇𝗂𝗍𝗂𝗇, and 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 𝖫𝗂𝖺𝗇𝖾 𝖢𝖺𝗆𝗂𝗅𝗅𝖾 𝖢. 𝖦𝖺𝗅𝗅𝖾𝗃𝗈𝗌.

Meanwhile, Grade 10 learners were oriented on CGAP by 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 𝖱𝖾𝗀𝗂𝗇𝖺 𝖡. 𝖠𝗎𝗌𝗍𝗋𝗂𝖺, followed by a discussion on Senior High School tracks and strands and career tips by 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 𝖫𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗅𝗒 𝖡. 𝖲𝖾𝗇𝖽𝗂𝗍𝗈. Additionally, 𝖬𝖺’𝖺𝗆 𝖩𝖾𝖺𝗇𝖾𝗅𝖾𝖾 𝖴. 𝖡𝖺𝗎𝗍𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖺 facilitated engaging activities such as the Self-Portrait Bag and Dream Collage to help learners visualize their aspirations.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the efforts of CGAP Coordinator 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤 𝘾. 𝙂𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙟𝙤𝙨 and the Guidance Designate, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝘽. 𝘼𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙖, and of course through the unwavering support of the school head, 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝙊. 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙯𝙖.

𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 remains committed to empowering its learners and hopes that this endeavor will pave the way for another generation of successful professionals from the institution.
