Please be reminded that official learner records, particularly the SF10 (Learner’s Permanent Academic Record), must not be released or handed directly to the learner, parent, or guardian.

📂 The transfer of learner records is a SCHOOL-TO-SCHOOL TRANSACTION and shall be facilitated only by the authorized personnel of the originating and receiving schools.

This is in accordance with DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2016 – “Guidelines on the Request and Transfer of Learner’s School Records.”

Let us ensure the proper, secure, and appropriate transfer of learner records. 🏫📚

The cover reflects the essence of “Eak-ang,” an Aklanon word meaning “deliberate step.” It symbolizes purposeful movement, resilience, and collective progress.

The climb represents the journey of research and discovery—often challenging, uncertain, and demanding perseverance. Yet, no one ascends alone. Every hand extended mirrors the collaborative spirit among educators, researchers, learners, and institutions working together to uplift knowledge and transform communities.

District of Malinao | Crafting Quality BERF Action Research Proposals: A Capacity-Building Workshop for Teachers
