We the Grade 11 student from HUMSS Saint Thomas Garnet are task to create a simple video about our chosen topics. Some social issues that we chose are
"Drug Addiction"
There are a lot of drug users in our country today.
Many Filipinos use and sell it to relieve their stresses and also to earn money in the fastest way they could. This is why many Filipinos dies from operations like "Tokhang kontra Droga" and many are addicted to it. There are many young people who use it because of influence. Let's stop selling and using drugs because you will die from it or go crazy; this isn't a joke about some random effects of drugs on our body.
"Cyber Bullying"
Online bullying also refers to cyberbullying and cyberharassment. It has increased in prevalence as technology and the digital environment have developed, particularly among youth. We all know that this usually takes place in social media like shaming, threats, mean comments and posting embarrassing photos of the target.
"Depression"
A prolonged sense of sadness and loss of interest this are only some of the effects of depression. Clinical depression, also known as major depressive disorder, affects how you feel, think, and behave and can cause a number of emotional and physical issues. This is more likely to affect those who are in the age of 11-30 years old.
