Labing-dalawang taon na akong nagtuturo sa UAE at naging Grade 3 Lead, kasalukuyang g**o sa pampublikong paaralan. Ang pagiging g**o ay nagbigay sa akin ng pagkakataong mapaunlad ang aking kakayahan sa pagtuturo at pamumuno, habang nakapagbabahagi ng kaalaman at malasakit sa iba’t ibang kultura.

Isa sa pinakamalaking hamon na naranasan ko bilang OFW ay ang diskriminasyon, ngunit ginawa ko itong hakbang upang bumangon at patunayan ang tatag at sipag ng isang Pilipino. Aktibo rin akong tumutulong sa kapwa sa pamamagitan ng volunteer works, pagtulong sa mga aspiring teachers, at pakikilahok sa mga outreach program sa UAE at Pilipinas.

Bilang isang Kristiyano, malalim ang aking pananampalataya at ito ang nagbibigay sa akin ng lakas upang maging matatag na haligi ng pamilya at inspirasyon sa iba. Naniniwala ako na karapat-dapat akong maging DMP2025 dahil ipinapakita ng aking buhay ang pagiging matatag, may malasakit, at tapat sa serbisyo, mga katangian ng isang tunay na Dakilang Manggagawang Pilipino.
