It started by two (2) classrooms constructed by the people of the Barangay. Materials used were cogon and bamboo. In the years 1960, the then Barangay Captain Francisco Caculitan spearheaded the acquisition of the school buildings from the authorities concern. Thereby temporary buildings were converted to semi โ concrete buildings. As years passed by, more buildings were constructed and perimeter
fence also was constructed, funding of which comes from concern and caring folks of the barangay. Barangay Officials and the Principal of the school have done all this initiated. It was in August 13, 1990 when the municipality of Sto. Domingo donated the lot to the Department of Education, still then Department of Education Culture and Sports ( DECS ). This has been done under Municipal Resolution No. 90-47 s. 1990 approving the donation of lot no. so owned by the Municipal of Sto. Domingo to the Department of Education, Culture and Sports containing an area of 7405 square meters more or less, located at the Brgy. Domingo, Nueva Ecija as evidenced by Tax Declaration No. 9508.
