PAKSA: MAHIGPIT NA PAGPAPATUPAD NG ATTENDANCE POLICY AT "NO READ, NO PASS" POLICY

Sa lahat ng magulang, guardian, at tagapangalaga ng mga mag-aaral ng Tomas Joson Elementary School:
IPINABATID na mahigpit nang ipinatutupad ng paaralan ang mga sumusunod na patakaran alinsunod sa mga alituntunin ng Department of Education:

I. ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. TATLONG (3) SUNOD-SUNOD NA ABSENCES
Ang mag-aaral na hindi makakapasok ng tatlong (3) araw na magkakasunod ay kinakailangang magsumite ng Medical Certificate mula sa lisensyadong doktor o health center.
Kung walang maipakitang medical certificate, magsasagawa ng Unang Home Visit ang Class Adviser upang alamin ang dahilan ng pagliban.

2. PAGKATAPOS NG UNANG HOME VISIT NA HINDI TUMUGON
Kung matapos ang Unang Home Visit at hindi pa rin nakipag-ugnayan ang magulang/guardian o hindi pa rin nakabalik sa klase ang mag-aaral, magsasagawa ng Ikalawang Home Visit ang adviser at school personnel bilang huling pagtatangka na makipag-ugnayan sa pamilya.

3. DALAWANG (2) HOME VISIT NA HINDI SINUNOD
Kung matapos ang dalawang (2) Home Visit at hindi pa rin nakipag-cooperate ang magulang/guardian at hindi pa rin nakabalik sa klase ang mag-aaral, itatala bilang DROPPED ang mag-aaral at tatanggalin sa opisyal na listahan ng klase. Wala na pong susunod pang home visit.

4. SAMPUNG (10) SUNOD-SUNOD NA ABSENCES
Alinsunod sa DepEd policy, ang mag-aaral na hindi makakapasok ng sampung (10) araw na magkakasunod nang walang valid na dahilan ay AUTOMATIC DROPPED na. Wala nang pagkakataon para sa special exam o remediation.

II. "NO READ, NO PASS" POLICY
MAHIGPIT NA IPINATUTUPAD ang polisiyang "No Read, No Pass" ng paaralan at ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon.
Ang mag-aaral na hindi makabasa o hindi makamit ang itinakdang reading level sa pagtatapos ng school year ay HINDI MAPOPROMOTE SA SUSUNOD NA GRADE LEVEL, ESPESYAL NA PABATID:
SA MGA MAGULANG NG MGA BATANG HIRAP MAGBASA O HINDI PA MARUNONG BUMASA:
INAANYAYAHAN AT PINAPAALAHAN ang lahat na ang inyong anak ay DAPAT PUMASOK ARAW-ARAW.

TANDAAN: ANG PAGLIBAN NG BATANG HIRAP MAGBASA AY LALONG MAGPAPALALA SA KANYANG KALAGAYAN.
Ang bawat araw na hindi pumapasok ang bata ay isang araw na hindi siya natuturuan ng pagbabasa. Habang tumatagal ang pagliban, mas lalo siyang nahuhuli sa mga klase at mas lalo siyang mahihirapan makahabol.

III. PAGBIBIGAY NG MARKA
Ipinaaabot na ang marka o grado ng mag-aaral ay BASE SA KANYANG PAGPASOK, PAGTUGON SA MGA GAWAIN, AT PERFORMANCE SA KLASE.
Ang laging pagliban ay direktang nakakaapekto sa academic performance ng bata.

PANGHULING PAALALA:
Ang Tomas Joson Elementary School ay SERYOSO sa pagpapatupad ng mga patakarang ito. Ito ay hindi upang pahirapan, kundi upang SIGURADUHING LAHAT NG BATA AY MATUTO, MAKABASA, AT MAGTAGUMPAY.

Hinihiling ang buong kooperasyon ng lahat ng magulang at tagapag-alaga.

As we gear up for the opening of another incredible school year, Tomas Joson Elementary School is making sure our environment is as ready as our minds! 🧹🧼

Thanks to the School MOOE for the month of June 2026, we have officially distributed essential janitorial supplies to all of our dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel.

Our goal? To ensure that every classroom, office, and corner of TJES is safe, spotless, and completely conducive to learning and working. By prioritizing cleanliness, we are building a safer and healthier environment for both our beloved learners and our hardworking staff.

🚫 NO COLLECTION POLICY 🚫

In line with DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2008 and DepEd Order No. 41, s. 2024, Tomas Joson Elementary School strictly implements the NO COLLECTION POLICY for all learners.

βœ… No fees or contributions shall be collected from students during enrollment and the opening of classes.

βœ… No student shall be required to pay any amount for membership fees, school projects, classroom maintenance, school publications, identification cards, uniforms, PTA contributions, or any other school-related expenses as a condition for enrollment, attendance, or participation in school activities.

βœ… Any voluntary contribution shall not be made a requirement and shall not hinder a learner's access to education and school services.

Tomas Joson Elementary School remains committed to providing accessible, inclusive, and quality education for all learners.
