This is a reminder that tomorrow, July 31, is the Validation of Enrollment for all 1st Year to 4th Year JRMSU Sibuco Off-site students.

📍 Venue: JRMSU Sibuco AVR Room
🕖 Time: 7:00 AM

Please arrive early as the validation will be on a first-come, first-served basis (paunahan sa pila).

Kindly observe the following:
Wear proper/formal attire.
Wear closed shoes.

Make sure to complete your validation to avoid the cancellation of your enrollment.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is the ONLY day for enrollment validation. The validation team will be in Sibuco for one day only, and there will be no other schedule.

The tentative schedule for the validation of enrollment of JRMSU Sibuco Offsite students is on July 31, 2026, at JRMSU Sibuco.

Please ensure that you have completed and submitted all your enrollment requirements before the scheduled validation date.
We encourage everyone to attend and validate their enrollment.

Students who fail to validate their enrollment on July 31, 2026, will be required to complete the validation process at JRMSU Siocon.

Please note: Failure to validate your enrollment will automatically void your enrollment for the semester.

✅ Original PSA Birth Certificate
✅ Form 138 / High School Card
✅ Two (2) 2×2 Pictures (White Background with Name Tag)
✅ Original Good Moral Certificate
✅ Two (2) Long Brown Envelopes
✅ Two (2) Long Folders

📌 For Transferees
✅ Medical Certificate
✅ Original Copy of TOR (Transcript of Records) for Evaluation
✅ Original Good Moral Certificate
✅ Two (2) 2×2 Pictures (White Background with Name Tag)
✅ Original PSA Birth Certificate
