Please ensure you have your Certificate of Sea Service Signed by the Captain (Annex F7) and Certificate of Sea Service Signed by Company Representative or Crewing/Manning (Annex F6) with the CHED Marina Required Format and APC Cadet Monthly Performance Report secure a file or document signed by your official every month.

These documents are crucial for your progress and evaluation for BS Requirements.

Here's how to access them:

1. Send a message to our FB Account "APC OBT MAIN".
2. We'll provide you the editable necessary files via pm.

Also for those onboard via domestic vessel, MDSD and Crewlist in IMO FAL Form No. 5 format make sure to have it stamped with "Certified True Copy" by PCG.

Please be guided to follow the required documents to avoid any delays in the process of your document for BS.

Dear BSMarE,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a significant change in the process of providing endorsement letters to CHED.

Effective immediately, our office will no longer be able to cater to the provision of these endorsement letters. However, we want to assure you that this service will continue to be available through the Registrar's office.

The only thing that our office can provide for BSMarE is the request letter signed by our Onboard Training Supervisor to be forwarded to the Registrar's office will include the following details:

- Name of Student
- Date of Complete Classroom Instruction
- Vessel Name
- Gross Tonnage / Kilowatt
- Accumulated months and days
- Company Name
- Position

We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we transition. The Registrar's office is well-equipped and ready to provide the necessary endorsement letters to CHED with the aforementioned details.
