𝘎𝘦𝘯-𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱!

The selected officers of 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔’ 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑮𝑳𝑨𝑫) participated in the Campus Press Connect Seminar-Workshop held at the library of Davao de Oro State College (DdOSC) – New Bataan. This workshop was initiated by The Turret, the institution’s official student publication and conducted on Friday, September 25, 2026.

The aim of this initiative is to introduce the officers of different student organizations to copywriting and social media management, which is important for organization pages when publishing content on social media. This brought together the campus leaders, where they gained insights into appropriate captions, relevance of content, and social media engagement.

May this be a step towards the growth of the campus’ student organizations, like how elementary educators contribute to the growth of young learners.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 | 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Generalist Learners’ Association for Development (GLAD), the organization of Bachelor of Elementary Education students of Davao de Oro State College–New Bataan, participated in the International Coastal Cleanup on September 19, 2026, at Mayo Bridge, Barangay Andap, New Bataan, Davao de Oro.

Held under the theme “Clean Seas for Resilient Communities,” the activity brought together volunteers and community participants in a collective effort to promote environmental cleanliness and responsibility.

GLAD members contributed to the cleanup activity as part of the organization’s continuing commitment to community involvement and service. The initiative provided an opportunity for future educators to take part in a meaningful community effort and put into practice the values of responsibility, cooperation, and service.

Through activities that extend beyond the classroom, GLAD continues to encourage its members to become responsible learners, active community participants, and future educators committed to making a positive contribution to society.

GLAD proudly celebrates our BEEd student-teachers as they begin their Field Studies 1 & 2 at Cabinuangan Central Elementary School. This marks another meaningful step in transforming what we learn in the classroom into experiences that shape us as future educators.

GLAD CLUB DAY 2026 | CREATIVITY, LEARNING, AND FUN

A meaningful and memorable Club Day experience for the Generalist Learners’ Association for Development (GLAD)!

GLAD proudly participated in Club Day 2026, bringing creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm through our classroom-inspired booth. Inspired by the world of Elementary Education, our booth showcased familiar classroom tools and materials creatively incorporated into its design, along with exciting games and activities prepared by our members.

We are grateful to everyone who visited our booth, participated in our four games, and supported GLAD throughout the event. Your presence and participation made our experience even more meaningful and enjoyable.

A special appreciation to all GLAD officers and members for their dedication, cooperation, and effort in making our participation in Club Day a memorable one.

Indeed, Club Day was more than just an event—it was an opportunity to celebrate creativity, learning, fun, and camaraderie while creating wonderful memories together.
